You reach the order button, but the page still hasn’t answered a basic question: is the displayed amount the full cost? Pause there. A quick pass over the offer and checkout details can surface terms that matter more than the sales headline.
Confirm The Full Cost
Find the price stated by the merchant and check whether it is a one-time charge or repeats on a schedule. Look for shipping, taxes, or other charges that may appear later in the checkout process. If the amount changes between the offer page and the final order screen, use the final screen as the point to reassess.
See What Is Included
Read the product description for the actual deliverables: for example, whether an offer is for a physical item, digital material, a service, or a combination. Check whether any extras are included or presented as optional additions. Don’t count a feature as part of the purchase unless the page says it is.
Check The Conditions
Look for the merchant’s refund or cancellation terms, delivery details where relevant, and any limits on who can use the offer. If recurring billing or an add-on is mentioned, confirm how it works before submitting payment. The supplied referral URL does not reveal these terms, so verify them on the destination and checkout pages.
A referral link may earn this publication a commission if you buy through it. That disclosure is separate from the merchant’s offer details: visit the offer page, review the terms for yourself, and proceed only if the full cost and conditions are clear to you.
